Numbered raffle tickets — auto-sequential from any starting point

Every ticket gets a unique sequential number. The stub and main ticket always match. Start at 001, 501, or any number you choose — free PDF download.

How sequential numbering works

The ticket layout

Each ticket has a main body with your organization name, prize description, date, and ticket price — and a tear-off stub on the right. Both sides show the same sequential number, so when you tear off the stub at the drawing, the matching numbers identify the winner.

The numbering engine

Set your starting number (1, 501, or any value) and quantity (up to 2,500). The generator automatically pads numbers to a consistent width: 001–999 for three digits, 0001–9999 for four, and so on. All tickets within a PDF have the same number of digits.

Multiple batches

Print in batches by setting the starting number for each run. Batch 1: 001–500. Batch 2: 501–1000. The physical tickets will stay in sequence across all runs.

Perforated layout

5 tickets per Letter page (8.5×11 in), each with a dashed perforation guide line. Print on card stock and score along the line, or ask a print shop to use pre-perforated ticket stock.

Track which seller holds which numbers

The raffle ticket maker includes a built-in seller tracking table. Assign number ranges to volunteers — export as CSV or print the list — so you always know who is responsible for which stub range.

Numbered tickets — FAQ

How does auto-sequential numbering work?

You enter a starting number (default: 1) and a quantity. The generator produces tickets numbered consecutively — 001, 002, 003, … — up to your total. The stub and main ticket always show the same number, so they match when torn.

Can I start numbering from a number other than 1?

Yes. Set any starting number — useful if you're selling tickets in batches or continuing from a previous run. For example, start at 501 to print tickets 501–1000.

How many digits do the numbers use?

At minimum 3 digits (001, 002, …). If your range exceeds 999, the generator switches to 4 digits (0001–1000), 5 digits for 10,000+, and so on. Numbers always stay consistent within a PDF.

Is there a maximum quantity per download?

Up to 2,500 per download. For larger runs, contact us for a bulk print quote.

What if I need sequential tickets that span multiple downloads?

Set your starting number accordingly. If your first download is 001–500, start your second download at 501. The stubs and main tickets will stay in sequence across both PDFs.

Can I order pre-numbered printed tickets?

Yes. Email your numbered PDF and quantity to our print team. We print from your file — the numbers in the PDF are what appear on the physical tickets.
