Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Your email and password (hashed) for your account; the files you upload and their conversion outputs; basic product analytics (e.g. when you convert or export) to improve the service; and billing details handled by Stripe (we never see your card number).

Your files

Your uploaded files and outputs are stored so you can access them. They stay yours — we don't sell or share them. You can download or delete them, and deleting your account removes them.

How we use data

To provide the service, process conversions, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and send account or product emails. We do not sell personal data.

Subprocessors

We use Stripe (payments) and an email relay for transactional mail. Conversions run on our own servers.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Email admin@publishmediasoftware.com to request deletion of your account and files.
