Data Retention Policy

This explains how long we keep your files and how to control that.

Your originals stay yours

You can download your original .pub files and converted PDFs at any time from your account (Export your data). We never sell or share them.

How long we keep files

Paid workspaces (Basic, Pro, Organization): we keep your uploads, conversions and projects until you delete them or close your account.

Free plan: to control storage costs, abandoned free uploads (originals and converted outputs) are automatically purged 30 days after conversion. Export anything you want to keep, or upgrade to retain it.

Deletion & erasure

Deleting your account erases your files from storage and removes your data immediately. Backups that contain your data age out on a rolling 7-day schedule.
