We aim to keep Publish Media Software fast and available. This is our commitment as we scale.

Availability target

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for paid (Basic/Pro) and 99.9% for Organization, measured against the conversion + editor APIs (excludes scheduled maintenance announced in advance, and force-majeure). Status is monitored internally and surfaced to our team in real time.

Under heavy load

During demand spikes we prioritize paid workspaces and queue work with an honest wait estimate rather than failing — see our resilience design. Your files are never at risk from load.
