How do I make a table tent card?

The most common table tent size is 4"×6" (when folded), printed flat on an 8"×6" or 8.5"×5.5" sheet. Our template uses a half-page landscape format (equivalent to folding a letter sheet in half), which prints on any standard home or office printer.
What weight paper should I use for table tent cards?
80 lb text weight (about the same as a matte photo paper) is the minimum for a table tent to hold its shape. 100 lb cover stock or heavier is ideal — the card will stand without bowing or drooping. For high-traffic environments like restaurant tables, laminate the front face for durability.

How do I assemble a table tent without a folding tool?
